What is SnackNest?

Snack Nest is a fun subscription and gift shop featuring curated snack boxes from around the world. Each box is a surprise mix of sweet, salty, and savory treats — perfect for discovering new favorites or gifting to friends.

Will I get the exact snacks shown in photos?

No two Snack Nest boxes are the same! We rotate snacks constantly, so flavors, brands, and packaging may vary. Photos show examples of past boxes.

Can I choose what’s inside my box?

Our boxes are mystery-style to keep the surprise fun. We don’t offer customization yet, but we sometimes run special limited-edition themes.

Are your snacks safe for people with allergies?

We try to include snacks with clear ingredient labels, but we cannot guarantee allergen-free boxes. If you have severe allergies (nuts, gluten, etc.), please use caution.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. We plan to expand shipping in the future — join our email list for updates!

How long does shipping take?

Orders usually ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery time is typically 3–7 days depending on your location.

Can I send a box as a gift?

Yes! Just add the recipient’s address at checkout. You can also select our Gift Box option with a ribbon for an extra-special touch.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Because our boxes are food items, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If something arrives damaged, please email us at support@shopsnacknest.com within 7 days and we’ll help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and offer easy installment payments through Shop Pay.

Shipping

  • We ship all Snack Nest boxes from our U.S. warehouse.

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Note: Snack Nest is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping info before completing checkout.



Returns & Refunds

Because our boxes contain sealed food items, we can’t accept returns or exchanges.
However, we want you to love your Snack Nest experience!

  • If your order arrives damaged or with an issue, email us at support@shopsnacknest.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and photos of the problem so we can help.

Refunds or replacements are approved on a case-by-case basis for damaged or missing items.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, we’re unable to replace or refund it.
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.

  • We cannot guarantee specific flavors, brands, or sizes.


4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products (food items), returns and exchanges are not accepted.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email  support@shopsnacknest.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion for damaged or missing items.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Snack Nest is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • For missing packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.


6. Payments

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards and secure payment options including Shop Pay and  Google Pay

  • All payments must be completed at checkout. Prices are listed in USD.


7. Privacy & Security

  • We respect your privacy. Personal information is used solely to process and ship your order, provide customer support, and send updates if you subscribe to our newsletter.

  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

  • All payments are processed securely.
