Shipping

  • We ship all SnackNest boxes from our U.S. warehouse.

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Note: SnackNest is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping info before completing checkout.



Returns & Refunds

Because our boxes contain sealed food items, we can’t accept returns or exchanges.
However, we want you to love your SnackNest experience!

  • If your order arrives damaged or with an issue, email us at support@shopsnacknest.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and photos of the problem so we can help.

Refunds or replacements are approved on a case-by-case basis for damaged or missing items.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, we’re unable to replace or refund it.
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
