We ship all SnackNest boxes from our U.S. warehouse.

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Note: SnackNest is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping info before completing checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Because our boxes contain sealed food items, we can’t accept returns or exchanges.
However, we want you to love your SnackNest experience!

If your order arrives damaged or with an issue, email us at support@shopsnacknest.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and photos of the problem so we can help.
Refunds or replacements are approved on a case-by-case basis for damaged or missing items.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, we’re unable to replace or refund it.
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
